new folder when opening a document in deski

Hello,

I have a strange issue in my DesktopIntelligence application.
Everytime when I use the function File → Open DeskI creates a new folder under the default file location for user docs.
I tried to reinstall the application and also removed all registry entries, but the error further appears.

I have installed XIR2 / SP3 / FP3.6 - Has anybody an idea how to fix this problem?
