Need sample .wadl for Rest webservice

Can anybody provide me a sample .wadl that can be used to call from REST Webservice datastore in BODS.

if you have RESTFul webService URL, that is sufficient to generate a WADL using SoapUI

Actually, I have a .wadl file from my client but when I tried importing it in Rest webservice datastore and calling through a query inside Dataflow. I am not able to see output fields coming from that file. So, just want to know what format BODS is looking for?
Any help on this??
