Need Formula for updation of Report. in BO 6.5 Deski

I need to modify the report as per the following Instruction in BO 6.5 Deski So please help me with solution or any idea.

Report which creates patent-filing deadlines based on the ‘actions’ registered in ‘IPR-family actions’
The dead lines shown in the report are the “due dates” registered for actions with short title(12 mnd procceding/30 months proceeding)

Problem with the report is that when the text is modified (short text) these actions/due dates are not shown in the report.

We would like this modified as follows:
The “12 months proceeding” reports a list containing “IPR family reference” and a due date equal to "first priority date + 1 year” for the IPR families where the “first priority date” is less than a year ago.
The “30 months proceeding” reports a list containing “IPR family reference” and a due date equal to “first priority date + 2.5 years” for the IPR families where the “first priority date”
is less than 2.5 years ago

“Priority date” is one of the objects in Universe.

We had a report with variable
IPR family Action(Whc is hyperlink), Due date, Title(Having Filter with 12 months proceeding/30 months proceeding)

I think,Modification is needed in the Universe for Due date object on the bases of priority date

Let me know if any clarification needed from my end.
