NCOALink Return Codes

We are testing our NCOA job upgrading form 3.2 to 4.2 SP1. I re-wrote the NCOA transform we’re using. Everything seems to look good with the exception of the NCOALINK_RETURN_CODE and ANKLINK_RETURN_CODE.

These values used to be all sorts, but we need them to be A, 91, and 92 for downstream processing. In the new transform, they’re a 99% ‘00’. I’ve tried manipulating the inputs (the multiline works best) and nothing seems to work.

Any thoughts?

Thanks.

Did you look at the NCOA Summary Report ?

Depending on the list, they should for the most part be RC 00’s.

I did. I have valid move addresses that are not being picked up. These records are A, 91, and 92 in version 3.2 and 00 in version 4.2.

I even have SAP confirming that their output is 00 for those records.

Thanks!

Does your DPV/Zip4 count change?

Is the record somehow different when being presented to NCOA?

Makes me want to send out a file to another vendor to see what they get. (as long as theyre not using DS ncoa)

Must have. I got all new LACSLink, DPV, SuiteLink, RDI, Zip+4, CASS and eLOT files from SAP as well as the new NCOA files from the USPS and it seems to be working as expected.

Very odd. I’m still following up with SAP on this as they were seeing the same results I was seeing: the output was producing 00s.

Thanks!
