My Business Object Thick Client MENU headers disappeared

I was using BO Thick client and after it was hang once i had to restart it and after restarting it the MENU headers have disappeared can any one suggest me how to get them back i also uninstalled and reinstalled them but the problem still exists.

Did you clean out the Windows Registry (reminder: always make a back-up) before the re-install?

I didnt mean Slice and dice panel what i mean is the MENU headers like FILE,EDIT,VIEW,ANALYSIS etc the main menu items have disappeared and are not coming back even after reinstallation

No i didnt because i logged in using other username and the problem still persists

Well I would give it a try, de-installing Business Objects and cleaning out the Windows registry.

Sumeet,

Here You can do,

start–>Programs–>run–>regedit
Registry will open.
go to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Business Objects/Suite 11.5/default/BusinessObjects/ApplicationPreferences/BusinessReporter/desktopIntelligence/

Delete all the entries and relauch the Desktop Intelligence.
