Multiply columns by own value

Hi, is there a chance to use own calculation and multiply some column by custom value (which is not related to other column)?
Example:

What if I need values in this column multiply by 100? To have 200, 30, etc…
Is that doable in Lumira Discovery 2.3 SP0?

Yea can easily be able to to that via a custom calculation variable. have you looked into that?
