Multiple schedule timings for single report

Hi Experts,

This question might be straight forward. Can we have multiple schedules on a single report?
Ex: There are two parameters in my report.
ParameterA(Region): Asia, America
ParameterB(country): India, Newyork

Requirement:

  1. Report should be scheduled with Asia and India for every 1st day of he month
  2. Scheduled with America and Newyork for weekly once.

Is this possible? if so can anyone please suggest how to do this?

Yes it is possible. Create two recurring schedules as per your requirement. They will run independently of each other.

Thanks BO_Chief, when creating 2nd reccuring schedule, it looks like we are just overrding the first one isn’t it? Where we can see both reccurences to modify/delete? can you pls suggest.

If you go to the History tab in Infoview/BI Launchpad after you schedule a report it will show you… recurrence schedule as well. In the history tab, you can select the schedule either to delete or modify the settings.
