in the bottom of your query panel (the where sql clause) you select your object item but choose the “between” operator. Then, you will have to create two prompts. That’s all simple

I have a multiple prompt and i have to fill Time Period, Region, Customer Id. Can i leave blank the region prompt, for example, when i’ m refreshing the report?
no, this is not possible to leave any of the prompts blank. In that case the OK button in the prompt window is disabled since BO is waiting for filling in all prompts.
However, if leaving blank the region prompt means for you that all regions should be included in the report then create a prompt that contains ALL as the option. For such kind of prompt please do a search in BOB, suggested keywords can be “ALL in LOV prompt”. You get for example this:
