We have one particular user who always has multiple open sessions each day although he says he is only operating 1. What could be the reason for this?

When a user has multiple reports at the same time open this can happen, especially if following OpenDocument links.

User doesn’t explicitly click on “Logout” when closing InfoView/BI Launchpad. Then, when he logs back in, if his previous session has not automatically closed, he’ll show as having multiple sessions.
