multiple hierarchies

I have two hierachies…
channel>division>territory>rep>product
and
productType>product>shareclass

drilling down through either hierachy seems to work…but coming back up, when I hit the product level (common to both) my user gets prompted to select the hierachy to follow. Is there any way to prevent the prompt so the user can only go back up the path they came down?

Hi,

I think this is normal to behavior if you have 2 or more hierarchies. You are allowed to choose which path of drill up you want to go. In your example you experience the selection window under product.

You may an alias in your universe to prevent this selection window.
