I made a WebI XI 3.1. corporate document that runs automatically and is available for others as a Corporate Document.
In this report there are a couple of sub reports with drill toolbar + filter area so one can limit a report to the relevant scope.
Right now it only possible to make one choice in the list of values. Example: if someone wants to limit report so it shows only data for June 2009 - it works fine. BUT it is not possible to choose June and July 2009.
Question: is it possible make a multiple choice in a filter area of drill toolbar. Or is there any other solution for making multiple choice in the Corporate Document?
I’m guessing that you’ll need to use prompts and choose the multi rather than mono option and that as such you’ll need a second report to support this.
You can always report a post using the proper icon, found on the lower right-hand corner of any post. This helps moderators to never miss any of the reports even if we don’t go through all the topics.
By default selecting multiple values in Drill toolbar is not possible. As suggested by Mark, you can go for selecting multiple values in the prompt.
