I have local repository setup where I create all ETL data flows and mappings in it.
One more user like to share my repository.
Is there a way I can grant him access to my local repository?

You can export all your work (say one project) to a .atl files and that file you can share with someone. That person can then import that file into his/her repository to have a replica of your project into his/her local repository.

One can also use a central repository.
