Multi-Language issue by Translation manager

Hi All,
I am trying to use the Translation Manager to show Field names in a universe in multiple languages. For example Polish or Spanish.
I have provided translation for all field names in the Translation manager for those languages. However when I export these changes and view the Universe fields, this thing is not working.

I want the Universe to show values based on the user’s browser Locale.

SO if someone in Spain opens his web browser to view the report or universe, he will see field names or Report header fields in Spanish.

Does anyone has the correct way or any documentation on how to leverage Translation Manager to achieve what I am trying to do?
I will appreciate much if you can forward me some info.

I found the solution by simplay using Translation Manager and translating all headers into diff languages.
Export the file, Now go to open the universe. Using a browser where the locale is in diff language. your browser setting default language should be the foriegn language. It will show in translations.
