moving our BO server from Unix to Windows

Hello,

we are moving our BO server from Unix to Windows.
any idea what are the various steps we need to do for it.

What I feel, we need to install the S/w in Windows machine and the make a BIAR file from unix and Import it to Windows…
Do u feel we need to do any configuration here apart from that.

Hello,
We have done the same whilst upgrading to 3.0.
The answer depends on what you want to migrate. If you only want to migrate objects stored in the old repository you don’t need to do anything special in unix land. The Import wizard on the Windows server just needs to be able to connect to your old repository.
If you want to import user personal documents and inbox documents you will need to map the correct Unix drives to your Windows server so that the import wizard can import the documents. Once you can see the .wqy documents in Unix from your Windows server the rest is straightforward.
