We recently moved all the enterprise content to another server (Same version of BO), we are able to get all the data(Folders/Reports/Universes/Users/Securit etc) but LCM jobs are not getting migrated.
We want to move the LCM jobs from old server to new server, we tried with LCM but in LCM folder we are unable to see any jobs while creating a new job for promotion.
Please guide me how can i get copied LCM jobs to another server.

Any updates on this question? I’m actually facing the same situation. I’m using LCM to transport my objects. I tried to select LCM Jobs objects but they don’t show up in LCM when I want to create a new job.
Any idea?

Experiencing the same pain here. Tried LCM to migrateLCM jobs and Import Wizard but not got this working at all so far. I feel another SAP Incident logging session coming on… 
Scenario
Prod LCM is 3.1 SP2 FP2.5 (Pord = production server build)
POC LCM is 3.1 SP3 FP3.7 (POC = proof of concept server build)
Using POC LCM to create a new job to promote existing access levels, users etc from Prod LCM to POC LCM works fine.
Using Import Wizard on POC LCM server to promote existing access levels, users etc from Prod LCM to POC LCM works fine.
However, using POC LCM to create a new job to promote an existing LCM sub folder (containing several LCM jobs) produces an error;

Thread timeout has expired.I’ve also tried to use Import Wizard to migrate LCM jobs and the Import Wizard log has errors for every LCM job as follows;
Failed to create a new crystalEnterprise.LCMJob. Reason: Item SI_NEWOBJECT was not found in the collection.
Has anyone out there managed to move/copy and LCM job from one LCM server to another using LCM itself or Import Wizard?

Update
CMS timeout was upped from 9 minutes to 60 minutes
Done via registry change to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Business Objects\Suite 12\CMS\Instances<CMS_NAME>.cms
Also SDK connection timeout changed to 61 minutes (3660000 milliseconds)
Done via registry change to HKLM\Software\Business Objects\Suite 12\CER
While this got around the original problem (above) problems are ongoing and an ticket logged with SAP. I’ll update this thread with my findings in due course.
