Move chart, becomes picture, loses Live Office link

Hi there
I wonder if anyone else has encountered this problem …
I am using Live Office (I am not sure which version exactly - in Help About it says 11,5,10,1262 - (it would be a lot easier if it said 12.2 or something :nopity: ))

Anyway …
I am using Live office with Word 2007.
The issue I am encountering is:
I input a chart from a WebI report.
I double click on the chart to add a border or realign it.

As soon as I do that it loses it’s link to BO and becomes a picture.
If I look in the list of Objects to be refreshed it’s GONE!
If I right click on it, there is no Live Office option only picture options.

I am trying to find out if this is to do with Live Office and Word 2007 or is it just a feature of the product!!! 8)

Hi
OK, on further review it seems I can move a chart or add a border to it but if I change the position of it or the text wrapping, that’s when it disappears from the list of charts to be refreshed.
Any ideas?? Please???

Hi all, I found a solution for my problem that doesn’t involve Excel.

All I do is place a single cell table in Word, place the chart in the table and then I can move it around at will and no links get lost or broken. I’m convinced this is a bug in LiveOffice but am not holding my breath for it ever to be fixed.

Happy days all,
