Hi,

Audit event was enabled for WEBI application in CMC last Nov 2016, and CMC server for user information. I am able to run the predefined reports for user access and getting data. But for reports like most used document or least document there is no data. Not sure what went wrong. Is there any other way to get this information. Even query builder will work.

Sounds to me that all the events were not switched on.

As for query builder, you can try here, although I don’t think it will give you what you need:-
