We’re in the process of rolling out XIr2 (SP2) and, generally, its been very successful.
We are not using WebIntelligence so all our users have Deski installed and use Infoview to view/schedule reports, then use “modify” to open a report in Deski.
However, I have just seen a users PC that is working fine in every aspect EXCEPT that when clicking “modify”, the PC opens BO 6.5!
I havent tried uninstalling 6.5 yet, but I have renamed the folder and it just fails to open - obviously it is still looking for that folder. And it has worked for all our other clients so not sure why this one users PC is acting strange!
Any ideas?
