Missing rows in the table display - Help!

Hi,

I have a table in my report, with drill down.

In the Edit mode, that shows me all rows/information. And everything is ok.

But in the User model, when he opens the report, in the second drill down, some rows are missing, the report doesn’t show those in the second page.

I attached the problem and the edit model when show correct.

I don’t understand why in the edit model is correct, and in the other not. For the same information, drill down… but the rows are more large and some missed.

How can I fixed this?

Are there any way I can said how many rows I can show for each page in the table?

Hi,
You are probably using an un supported web browser.
I received this error on mac with Safari browser but it was fiixed after upgrading to XI R3 SP 2 FP 2.2.

Thanks for your replay.

I am using BO XI 3.0, InfoView, with Mozilla Firefox.

I am testing with Windows Internet Explorer and works fine. But the default browser for the users is the Mozilla Firefox.

Are there any configuration that I can fix this in the Mozilla Firefox?

I’m not aware of any setting, our solution was to upgrade to a supported platform (XI 3.1 SP2 FP2.2).

Read the PAR, in there you can see what browsers and versions that are supported (you can download the PAR from the support site).

What i know is that only IE works for Webi, other browsers dont give acurate results… check on that…

Not true at all!!! Webi supports both IE, Safari and Firefox but you have to be on the right version. Consult the PAR (Product Avalability Report) for versions etc.

I have several customers running other browsers than IE without any problems.

OK, sorry, I didn’t know that.

Nick: The document you linked to is not the latest though. Actually I didn’t know that you could find the PAR’s on SDN. Can you link to the latest PAR on SDN?

Santana: Otherwise you will need to get an S-user ID and log on to the support portal at http://service.sap.com . You find all the PAR’s there.

You will probably solve your issue by upgrading to latest version and apply at least FP 2.2, it’s a fix in there for Firefox and Safari to correct your specific problem.

I have a similar problem…

On my WebI report, there is a graph in a section and other section with a table…

The graph not appear in View mode… when I’m modifying, it’s normal. This problem is only on Firefox.
