It does not appear there is any documentation that outlines minimum hardware requirements for a client user just using InfoView. The reason I ask is we have a user that is running an Intel Celeron 1.99 GHZ, 2 GB RAM, and the performance on the machine when bringing up the History window is quite poor.
Anyone have min. hardware requirements for a client just running InfoView?

If the user is just using Infoview, the requirement is really minimal. Of course the more RAM you have, the better it is. 2GB RAM is more than sufficient. The client computer also needs to have java runtime installed.
The poor performance can be caused by other reasons like network connection and/or database connection.

The problem the user is experiencing, is on the History window. When clicking on the Refresh button, the iexplore process hits close to 100% for a good 5-6 seconds, and then comes back down, and the report list is displayed on the screen.
Other computers with better hardware can render this page extremely quickly.
We have checked the network connection, and all looks ok there.
