we in a migration process using the Import wizard. A lot of the XIR2 reports are scheduled and when imported to R3 the schedules are not migrated. Is there a way to do that or reports need to be re-scheduled manually in R3?

They should migrate, as long as you check off “Import all instances” on the document selection page of the Import Wizard.
