Migration of schedules from R2 to R3 flawed

Hello all,

We have a problem with migrating instances and schedules from R2 to R3.

Basically, once migrated, the schedule of the report does not go automatically into the ‘Instance Manager’.

In addition to this, when I go to the history of the report to restart the schedule, it wouldn’t allow me to. The ‘Resume’ button is greyed out. The schedule status is displayed as ‘Failed’, the error message is ‘insufficient security rights’ (I’m have administrator priviliges on both the source and destination environment) and when I try to open it, I get an error.

All the other instance display fine, it’s just the actual schedule that doesn’t work.

Has anyone come across this?

Any help would be appreciated.
