Can you please advise the best way to migrate the SAP Design studio application which are saved in SAP Netweaver Portal to SAP BO.

What exactly are you trying to say? When you say BO? you mean move your application to webi? Webi is Java based reporting tool where is DesignStudio is JS and HTML5 based Dashboard tool.
