Hello All,
I have a dashboard (BO4.0) built with Live office connections based on Web I report. Now I did a small change to the Web I report and no change in dashboard nor in Report structures.
My question is, can I just migrate the web I report and schedule it in prod and not Dashboard? Will this cause any issue if web I report has same CUID while movign from QA to PROD?
Please let me know asap.

Yes, you can migrate the Webi from QA to Prod. That is what you are supposed to be doing.

Thanks, I just migrated Web I report but Dashboard is not picking this migrated reports latest instance

Instances are not Migrated from QA to Prod in my environment…Did you run the schedule on the Prod version ? Does an instance already exist ?
After re-reading your OP…have you ever tested L.O. on Prod ? I was assuming it was already working.
Look at the LiveOffice configuration link inside the Data Connections Panel. Does it make sense on where the service is pointing ?

Yes the dashboard is working before migration. Its pulling data from all report latest instances. Then I migrated this report with same CUID to overwrite report structure (retained old isntances). I then scheduled it successfully too. But Dashboard started throwing “Cant find Lo error”.
I thought its supposed to work too. Any known bug in Dashboards 4?
Lucky I have old instances (of old report), so I deleted latest instance and it started working again. But couldnt understand why it throwed error. Any workaround for next time?
