Message error when I open WebI in BOXIR3

Hello,

We are using BO XI.R3 and Users are accessing reports via InfoView.
Yesterday I get full migration from BOXIR2 by Import Wizard, but in plateform BOXIR3 the security setting are changed.

When I login in Inforview as normal user not Administrator to see public report folders, I get the following error message:

An error occurred when trying to set preferences. Please contact your Business Objects administrator. (Error: INF)

Could you tell me, which security level I have to configure?

Hi,
You don’t have the rights to change the preferences. So, ask your BO Administrator to get the access.

By default nobody can see the first level folder. It’s no longer transparent door … You need to give access (view objects) to that folder to the Everyone group and setup this only at folder level …

My problem is: I can see all the proper folder name in the public folder, but when I open the report I get this error message.

So as a member of administrator I want to set the access level for the report.
