Max # of Rows returned

Hi,

How do I change the “Max # Rows” parameter in the reporter. I am getting a
Partial Results warning when I ran my query. Went into “Data”, “View”,
“Definition” and saw that the Max # Rows was set to 5000. Can’t seem to edit
this parameter. Can somebody help? TIA.

Hi Cindy:
The “Max # Rows” is set by the Universe Designer at the Universe Level
(Under File,Parameters, Controls Tab In the Designer Module) and must be
changed there.

It can also be changed at the User level for a given Universe in the

Repository. In the Repository, click on the desired user name (In the User
Pane) , go to the Universe Tab (in the Resource Pane), Double click on the
desired Universe and go to the Controls Tab.
