Marquee Text Scrolling

Hi. I am using Webi 4.2 SP5 and I cant seem to get the marquee text scrolling to work. I have tried the below codes but on both occasions I just get static text with no scrolling. Any help would be appreciated. I have a sneaky feeling this doesnt work with SP5…

These are the codes I have used

onmouseover=this.stop();onmouseout=this.start();>This is a marquee"

And

Is the cell formatted to read as html?

Just to confirm this has now been resolved there was a setting in the CMC that had disabled Javascript and HTML that needed enabling
