Many reports in BOE 11.5 throwing errors all of a sudden

I have many reports throwing the error: — Error in File UNKNOWN.RPT: Unknown Database Connector Error Details: CrystalEnterprise115.SessionMgr.1: Internal error: An unknown exception has occurred.]

and

Cannot initialize report application session. — Internal error: An unknown exception has occurred"

and

Error
Error in File Items by Supplier: The request could not be submitted for background processing.

and

Error
Fail to resolve parameter prompting result.

and

Error
Your request could not be completed because a failure occurred while the report was being processed. Please contact your system administrator.

although sometimes the report’s cryptic filename is displayed instead of ‘unknown.rpt’.

I have restarted the BOE servers and the physical server repeatedly. :nonod:

Even I am facing a similar kind of issue. I have restarted the server on which Crystal Reports BOE is installed.

Any help will be appriciated.
