Management Console Operational dash bord Reports

Hi Experts,

I need to get Job Execution Statistics for past one month. In Management Console “Operational dashboards” has only last 7 days statistics. how can i get these Job execution statistics for last one month.

Is it possible that you’ve set up the job server to retain only the last 7 days of jobs? Also, in the Management Console did you do a customer filtering of jobs so that it displays more than 7 days?

Thanks Jim.

I’m able to get Batch job status history for last one month when i go Repository in Administration but in Dash boards its only showing up last week. I have around 178 jobs , i need to prepare the job execution statistics for each job for last one month.

Any thougts on this?

I don’t know about the Dash Boards area. I never use it. Instead, I run reports directly against the repository database. See the AL_HISTORY table for begin/end (and runtime?) values.

Technical persons can understand reports from AL_HISTORY but i need show these reports to Management. they cannot understand AL_HISTORY Reports.

So then hook up AL_HISTORY to your own dashboard. Where do you think the Management Console is getting it’s data?
