Hi All,

Could someone please suggest on the below issue

We are facing issue with BODS management console, when we try to open the management console, we are getting the login page and when we enter the credentials and click on login it is throwing an error as page can’t be displayed and asking to check the URL entered.

  1. We restarted the SAP BODS server and services then we realized that PORT 8080 and 6400 are not being listened by Server.
  2. We killed all the sessions opened and then restart it again.
  3. Analyzed Catalina. Out files and server event logs to find out the Port 8080 and 6400 ,we found that port are listening to PPD server but still no luck.

U mean to add in the trusted sites? if that is the case it is added already.

We are able to view the login page but unable to login

can you login as admin?

We are not able to access as admin also

When we try to login CMC we are getting content and wen we click on icons again it is throwing an error message as page cant be displayed
