Manage, Organize grayed out in CMC for history instance..

Hi,

I have logged in as Administrator to cmc.
Want to reschedule the current recurring jobs. But some how the Manage and Organize options has been grayed out. See the attached screenshot.

Could you please suggest, what setting needs to be change to enable this.

  1. First try to reschedule through InfoView (since your CMC is not able to do that, you may be able to do it through Infoview if the Administrator has the FullControl).

  2. Second I think your CMC webapplication is not deployed correctly.
    You may need to redeploy the CMCApp and CMCAppActions
