Major/minor ticks on graphs

Hopefully I am overlooking a simple property, but I can’t find a way to slice and display the data by different granularities in the same graph.

Namely, I want to a vertical mixed graph to have data points for each minute, but I only want the horizontal axis to display labels for each hour. That way, for a given day’s data, there will only be 24 “hour” labels going across the bottom of the graph as opposed to 1440 “hour: minute” labels.

Does anyone suggest on displaying the axis in a graph based on time on a hour by hour scale?

I see something called Automatic Frequency and Frequency for the Y axis on a 2 dimension graph in Webi. Perhaps uncheck Automatic Frequency and set Frequency to a higher number, such as 24.
