Also can anyone please tell me how do we customize LOV in webi XI R3?

Hi,

I underwent training in BO xi R3 and was working with all the features. I was unable to find LOV in the menu or in any options in webi xi r3.

You can not find the LOV in WEBI but this feature is available in DeskI.
You can get LOV for the objects in one option while selecting prompt.

LOV customizations are done in the Universe Designer, not in Web Intelligence. Users of a local client (Deski) can make some customizations as well, but this activity is most often done by the designer.
