LOV problem

Hi

While I import universe from BO6.5 Server I got this information message
"The document domain account is different. You cannot import your List of Values(UX0041).

If anyone is faced this problem please reply

According to error message guide
To avoid this error message, refresh the LOV before the export to create the .lov file.
You must export all other LOVs assigned to objects with the option checked Export with universe if you want them to be imported with the universe.

thanks for ur reply

we are all working in a group. the universe we try to import was exported one month back by another unknown person. so I tring to import the universe for modification that time i got that error(UX0041). in that case what I can do

please suggest

Whoever may have done that doesnt matter.
Ensure that the procedure given in previous post is followed before exporting.

Don’t worry about the error you are getting, ignore it.
If you are importing a Universe between different domains you will receive this error.

Here is a weird twist to this (very old issue).

I have a group of developers in India, and they get this frequently. We can repeat the same process from here, and we do NOT get the error.

They are then able to import the universe and not see any errors, but the cycle may repeat next time they work on it.

I have 2 theories - either they’re using a bad bomain.key (like a zabo key), or the time it takes to export from this remote office is so long, some odd timeout error is creeping in… It may take them 3-4 hours to do an export that would take minutes from here, but the connection is set to disconnect after each transaction - I think the transactions are completing…

Any suggestions? I know our domains are ok, or the developers here would be seeing similar issues. Happens on multiple universes, and the list is growing.
