I have an enterprise user account with which i used change the connections in designer to point to different environments.But I was given sap user account recently.I logged into SAP GUI and tried to change the password initially set.I could change the password and tried to login which was a successful attempt.I then logged out and tried to login from both sap gui and designer-I get invalid user account.
I have checked with admin whether my user account might have been locked-to which he replied no.
Is there any way that my old password is conflicting with the new password set.If so where i can set this in BusinessObjects.
