Login pup up not showing when trying to log in info view

Hi

We have two servers one is cluster manager and other one is Clusternode
During weekly auto reboot although the webi (version 2.7)is getting started properly we are unable to connect to Amin panel of Business Objects 5.1 getting error cannot connect to cluster manager also infoview page is not asking login information username and password.

Note- Everything is working fine is its a manual reboot of the server .

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated .
