Login Issue with QAAWS

After I enter the login details in QAAWS, it just disappear and nothing opens. The tool doesn’t open. Doesn’t give any error either.

If I try wrong password, as expected it gives error. I am using version 14.0.x

Can someone please help to debug the issue.

try fiddler , it is a very good tool that allows u to monitor the http request.
not only the request created by web site , but also by some desktop software like dashboard and qaaws.

Unfortunately that tool isn’t approved for our servers. But is there a way to retrieve similar messages via server logs?

fiddler is not for server , but for your local machine.

there is another tool called httpwatch, but i don’t use it

One thing I would check on this is to make sure that your client install of Qaaws is matching the same version/service pack / patch as the server you are connecting to. I have seen issues in the past with this when they don’t match.
