Hi,

I am trying to login on to the webi and info view but the error is "you are not authenticated "

If i try to change the properties of the administrator user for the blank password then it is not allowing me to change the password to blank.

Also in Authentication tab it is not allowing me to deselect the password selection.

i want to keep blank password for administrator.

Which version of WebI are you using? What authentication method did you set the WebI server to use?

And, you don’t get to mix-and-match authentication methods. Whatever method is used for one user has to also be used for the administrator.
