We currently have a single login for each local repository in our dev, test, and production environment that all users utilize. Can we utilize seperate logins for each repository?

Why do you want to create a separate logins for each repo?
I don’t think so you can do that. However, let’s assume we have created a synonym object referring to your local repo (still i’m not sure, just an assumption) or we have created another user in same schema with read,write permissions. If everybody is accessing same repo with different login-id’s, then its going to be a disaster man. Isn’t it?
