LOAD FILE PROBLEM

Hello,

I have been working with Xcelsius Dashboards for about 6 months but just lately I have been having a problem with loading files ranging from 1,200KB to 4,500KB the files seem to take ages to load even from the lower file size then when it loads it just comes up with a blank canvas

If I shut down and load again it will do the same files I have used before and have opened do the same there just seems no connection to the error.

Has anyone else had this problem is there a way to get round it or prevent it happening?

Please help before I really start banging my head against a wall

I have had that odd problem from time to time. The weird thing if I click on the canvas, things show up (I have to ‘hit’ a object).
