LO Spreadsheet not refreshing

We have a BO audit xls spreadsheet that has worked on LO for a long time however suddenly it has stopped refreshing. It connects and begins retrieving data from the server and will run for a couple of minutes before bombing out with no error. All the connections are unchanged and in theory should work.

Appreciate there’s not much to go on but would be good to know if anyone has had similar experiences and what the resolutions were.
