Hello there,
I am on BO 4.0. I used 6 Web I reports - 8 Live office objects - 6 LO Connections in my Dashboard. When I migrated from Dev to QA, the some LO objects are not getting refreshed in the dashboard. All LO objects are pulling latest report instances. One interesting thing is in DEV 2 report instances are blank without data and the LO related to those 2 reprots are not pulling data into dashboard when migrated to QA though it has data there (in QA instance).
But when I edit the dashboard in QA and manually refresh the LO once and delete data and export back to (different) folder its pulling data from all instances. Its just that the migrated one from DEV is not working. I can’t modify in QA actual folder.
I hope I made myself clear 
Any suggestions or ideas?
