LO and Crystal Crosstabs

(CR2008, LO XI 3.1)

We have a couple of scenarios:

  1. a flat Crystal report with a parameter. The parameter is activated by changing the value in LO and the data in the CR is correctly suppressed.

But:

  1. a crosstab Crystal report in a Group header, with a parameter on the group header to suppress data from a change of a LO value does not work, I get a Missing Part LO Error: Missing Part(s): ISSummaryCrossTab (LO 26627) (6627). I think this is becuase LO is incorrectly recognising the displayed report part as the full data set and therefore cannot find the other ‘parts’ of the report.

Has anyone else experienced this?
