LO Add-Ins unavailble only in Xeclsius

Hi team,

I have BOXI3.1 SP3, LO 3.1 and Xcelsius Enterprise 2008 SP3 and Microsoft 2010 on my system.

My system was recently upgraded to MS 2010 from MS 2007 . After the migration i’m able to view the Live office Add-in toolbar in the MS application outside Xcelsius. Even inside Xcelsius when i open a new blank xlf file I 'm able to see teh LO Add-Ins in the blank embedded spreadsheet . But the problem is when I try to open an already created xlf in Xcelsius , then the LO Add-ins is not avaialable. This add-in was avaialble in the XLF before the migration.

Can anyone please suggest any solution for this, as this is a show stopper for teh project .

I suspect that the Xcelsius version you are running doesn’t support Office 2010…

Hi Mark,

But when i open a new XLF file, that is when i launch Xcelsius , then the blank embedded excel do have the teh Add-ins , it is only when I open an XLF (File ->Open-> Select a XLF file from local system)which was creating before the migration, doesnt have the add-ins.

Hi,

How about exporting the spreadsheet from XLF, opening it in MS Excel 2010, saving it and then importing it back to XLF? Give it a try if it works.

As I said it is not supported. What happens when you create a new dashboard with Office 2010, save as XLF, then try and open again?
That work flow may work, but it seems that saving using old office isn’t.
