Any chances that LiveOffice is compatible with Office 2013?

Unlikely. For example, back at BI4 SP02 Office was supported up to 2007 SP2. However, to be sure check out the PAM for the latest version of BI4… https://service.sap.com/pam.
Finally, just because a product isn’t supported with a particular configuration doesn’t mean it won’t work…but there are obvious risks 8)

for SBOP 4.1 office 2013 is supported in 32 bit only…according to the PAM…
