LiveOffice Connection on Cloud Server

Hello,

Does anyone had an experience with connecting liveoffice to a BO server that is on a cloudserver?

ENVIRONMENT: BO XI 3.1 sp 7

I have this issue on our setup where in I am unable to make the WEB SERVICES URL work.

I am coordinating with our cloud administrators and we are discussing whether it is necessary to make the ports related to CMS open to external access. Should this port be opened for inbound connection?

Do we need to configure anything on the cloud servers firewall?

If anyone had an experience dealing with a BO server in a cloud setup, I would appreciate your assistance.

We actually managed to solve this issue on our own…

we just updated the axis2.xml file and set the value of displayREST=“true”

Thanks for updating this, there is very little on here with regards to cloud connectivity.
