LiveOffice BO 4 - Open from Repository not possible

Dear LiveOffice Experts

We are currently planning to switch from our current environment to BO 4.1. In order to switch without any problems we are building a sandbox system at the moment.

The problem now is that I can’t open a report from the repository (the button is greyed out). I read in the forum that this is normal behavior and for first time use a import wizard windows from the left should be started. The problem is, that this wizard window does not even appear. He seems to log me in without a problem, but the window does not show up.

We are using Microsoft Office 2010 and Live Office 4.1 SP 2 Patch 3. The application options are correct (Web Services URL http://.:/dswsbobje/services/Session)

Any ideas on how this problem could be solved?

I always get this error when I try to isert a webi document (Open from repository is greyed out).

Maybe the whole Debug log helps somebody to get an idea what the problem could be.

Hello,

Were you able to troubleshoot this?
I am having the same issue Live Office Insert Wizard is not coming up after logging in.
I am also on LO 4.1 SP3 Patch1.But this issue is happening only when I am trying to access LO through Citrix application, but LO installed on my machine is working just fine. :hb:

Let me know your findings.
