Live Office validation failed issue

Hi buddy,

I came across a very strang issue. With same Web Sevice URL, some times the validation succeeded, but most of the time it failed.

I have tried many times, the first I open an excel file to insert a query, it often succeeds. But when I open another excel file, the validation failed!
At the same time I open a word file to try it, the validation succeeds!

I am mad at this strang issue, could anyone share some experience?

Hmmm, I too faced and facing… :lol:

Why you need another Excel in parallel??

In new excel are you opening existing(that you opened in 1st excel) or new one??

1st one: then it should be.

New one: then don’t give user credentials again.

Note: While closing MS office tools , ensure that you logged off/ Signed -off .
It plays vital role.
