Live Office The Request Channel Timed Out attempting to send

Hi All,
I’m trying to configure the live Office Application Options specifically the Enterprise SAP BO BI platform logon Criteria and Authentication Type Enterprise works OK but when I select Authentication Windows AD is giving me the error:

An error occurred while logging on (LO 02040)

The request channel timed out attempting to send after 00:01:00 Increase the timeout value passed to the call to Request or increase the SendTimeout value on the Binding. The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout.

Please can you assist me with this?
