Live Office Specify Prompt Values Choose Excel Data Range

How do I get Object Properties to have the PROMPTS tab? In Excel path Live Office–>Modify Objects–>Properties. What needs to be done to have the PROMPTS Tab there in order to specify Choose Excel Data Range. (The Problem: There are only two tabs: General and Refresh —The Prompts tab is missing) Please tell me why?

If you are using a Crystal Report as your source - Open the report document, go under the File menu, choose Options; go to the Reporting tab and turn off “Display Alerts on Refresh”. Re-export the report.

The Prompts tab should now appear in the Live Office properties.

Once you add the LiveOffice object to your spreadsheet you need to do a ‘Refresh object’ once for the prompts to appear. After you do that, the prompt tab will appear.

I have a similar problem. I am trying to bind a prompt to an excel data range, but when I do I receive this error

“Failed to get the document information. (LO 26315) A database error occured. The database error text is: [NCR][ODBC Teradata Driver][Teradata Database] A character string failed conversion to a numeric value. . (WIS 10901)(6315)”

Do you have any suggestions on how I can fix this?
